Recently, Henan Huajie Hygiene Products Co., Ltd. and Baosuo Enterprise Group signed a TM3# Baotuo Crescent Former Paper Machine. The signed paper machine model BC1300-2850 is one of the most representative models of Baotuo paper machine, and it will be placed along with the TM2# paper machine. Since the TM2# paper machine was put into production at the end of March this year, it has maintained normal operation at a speed of 1200-1300m/min. Various energy consumption data and product quality have achieved the expected results and the produced household paper also sell good in the northwest of Henan Province.
Henan Huajie Hygiene Products Co., Ltd. is a toilet paper manufacturing enterprise newly established after the relocation of Luoyang Jieda Paper Co., Ltd. It mainly relying on the resource advantages of Luoyang Yanshi’s thermal power plant, using the power plant to provide electricity and steam to assist in sewage treatment which help to save the cost. In the near future, Henan Huajie will strive to become a medium and large-scale household paper company with an annual output of 100,000 tons according to market conditions.
