The Second Baotuo Paper Machine Started Production in Yunnan Nan'en Sugar Paper Co., Ltd
On July 30, 2021, the second Baotuo paper machine started production in Yunnan Nan'en Sugar Paper Co., Ltd. The project took less than 5 months from the the signing of the paper machine contract to the successful operation, which fully reflects the efficient execution and team cohesion of the project cooperation between the supply and demand sides.
The 2# paper machine signed this time is the same model as 1# Baotuo Paper Machine in Nan'en Paper, model BC1300-2850 Crescent Former Tissue Machine, with a design speed of 1300m/min and a width of 2850mm. It is one of the main models with the largest sales volume, the highest cost performance and the most stable operation among Baotuo paper machines.
The two paper machines of Yunnan Nan'en Company use self-produced bagasse pulp, bamboo pulp and eucalyptus pulp as raw materials to produce medium and high-grade household paper jumbo roll. According to the individual needs of Nan’en Company and the application of 1# paper machine in non-wood pulp, Baotuo further optimized and upgraded the 2# paper machine:
(1) The inline low-concentration sizing and slag removal system is upgraded, which effectively solves the influence of impurities in the wet pulp on the forming.
(2) The optimization of the wet end shower system not only improves the cleanliness of the paper machine clothing, but also ensures the air permeability of felt and moisture of the web, which provides a guarantee for the stability of the whole machine.
(3) The hydraulic headbox is upgraded according to the morphological characteristics of bagasse pulp fibers, thereby increasing fiber retention and improving the uniformity of the product.
The project marks a new breakthrough in the production of medium and high-grade household paper with low weight and high bulk by using non-wood wet pulp.
