On September 4, 2025, the TM3 Crescent Former Twin-Dryer Tissue Machine with multi-functions, customized by Baotuo Paper Machine for Hongze Lake Paper Industry, was officially put into operation. This marks the third tissue machine delivered by Baotuo to Hongze Lake Paper Industry, representing another significant step in deepening their collaboration and expanding into the high-end paper market.
Unlike the two earlier BC1500-2850 crescent former tissue machines (commissioned in 2021 and 2023, respectively), this newly machine is a precision-customized crescent former twin-dryer production line with multi-functions, tailored to Hongze Lake Paper’s product strategy. It specializes in producing high-quality commercial wiping paper and offers exceptional production flexibility and energy efficiency. The machine enables efficient switching between low-basis-weight toilet paper and hand towel production.
This equipment not only excels in sheet uniformity and ease of operation, but also boasts a wide basis weight range (11-45 g/m²), significantly reducing electricity and steam consumption per ton of paper, helping customers achieve energy savings, cost reductions, and improved quality.
