Shandong Hongsheng Signed A Contract with Baotuo for a 3600mm Fourdrinier Paper Towel Machine
Shandong Hongsheng New Materials Co., Ltd. has recently ordered Baotuo's newly developed fourdrinier paper towel machine for its 60,000-ton annual household paper project. The machine, which features a 3600mm width and an operating speed of 800 m/min, can produce over 90 tons per day of high-quality hand towel and wiping paper base paper.
The newly contracted machine is a next-generation product developed by Baotuo with integrated innovative technologies. Its redesigned structure from the wire section to the dryer section significantly improves dewatering efficiency and increases paper dryness before the paper enters the cylinder. Compared to traditional equipment, this paper machine not only improves operating efficiency but also reduces energy consumption in the drying process. The production line is expected to be operational in December 2025.
